This is a video of Gordon Ramsay teaching you how to make the perfect scrambled egg. I did his method last night (minus the extra stuff) and there was a noticeable improvement. So yeah, watch this if you like eggs.
i too have tried this method (which is the complete opposite of what i usually do) and it is vastly superior. like, unbelievably superior.
